About this build

This Tesla Model 3 came through our Los Angeles studio as an electric platform build — EV-specific spec considerations come into play: glass curvature, charge-port edges, and the way battery heat moves through the cabin all factor into the install plan. Gloss keeps the factory-paint depth front-and-centre while the colour shift carries the look. Multi-service builds are sequenced deliberately — one finish has to fully cure before the next one goes on top, so the schedule reflects that order.

This Model 3 got a gloss colour PPF change — the deep wet look of a fresh paint job with the self-healing protection of paint protection film underneath. Every fender, door and quarter was wrapped as its own piece so the gloss reads seamless from arm's length.

The headlights were smoked to tie the front end together, ceramic tint went on the glass, and a ceramic coating sealed the film. Explore paint protection film in Los Angeles, or a matte take on the same idea — matte black PPF on a Model X.

Why these finishes were combined

Tesla builds with several finishes work when each layer is planned in sequence: each layer was chosen so the next one can sit on top without compromise.

What to expect after the install

Every Tesla build at our Los Angeles studio includes a written aftercare brief and direct text-line access to the installer for the first month. Questions about your specific build — get a quote or call (424) 207-4435.
