For this project, the stainless exterior was converted into a deep gloss black finish using high-clarity protective film. The goal was to create a solid, reflective surface while maintaining full paint protection properties. In Van Nuys, where vehicles see constant sun exposure, we also applied ceramic tint to reduce interior heat and improve driving comfort. Once the film installation was complete, a ceramic coating was layered over the exterior surfaces to enhance hydrophobic behavior and simplify maintenance. The final stage involved detailed inspection under controlled lighting to eliminate micro air channels along the large door panels.
