Tesla paint is soft. LA traffic is abrasive. We've done enough Teslas to know exactly what needs protection and what's worth changing.
Tesla uses a water-based paint system that looks clean from the factory and chips and scratches more easily than most owners expect. In LA — freeways, tight parking structures, automated car washes — the damage accumulates fast.
Clear PPF on the front end stops rock chips, road debris, and daily abrasion before it starts. Full car PPF eliminates the possibility entirely. Both options self-heal light scratches and carry UV protection that keeps the paint from oxidizing.
White is the most common Tesla color — and the one owners most frequently want to change. Vinyl wrap gives you the full color range with reversibility. Color PPF gives you the same transformation with full paint protection built in.
Gloss black, stealth matte, satin white, two-tone. We've done most combinations on Teslas. The result on a clean car is clean enough that most people can't tell it's not factory.
Tesla's panoramic roof looks great and creates significant heat buildup in LA summer. Ceramic tint on the roof glass and rear window blocks up to 80% of infrared heat — reducing cabin temperature and cutting the load on battery-powered climate control.
Front windows tinted to California's legal 70% VLT. Rear and roof glass — no restriction. Most Tesla owners go dark on the roof, legal on the fronts.
Every Tesla has different panel geometry. We work on all current and recent models.
PPF, color change, ceramic tint — or all three. Van Nuys studio, 6 install bays.
