PPF is a clear protective film that shields your paint from rock chips, scratches, and UV damage — your car keeps its original color. Vinyl wrap changes the color and finish of the car entirely. They serve different purposes and can be used together on the same build.
Yes. Color PPF gives you both — a full color change with the same protection as clear PPF. Alternatively, we can wrap the car in vinyl and apply clear PPF to high-impact areas like the front bumper and hood. We'll recommend what makes the most sense for your car and budget.
Yes. Vinyl wrap is fully reversible — factory paint is untouched underneath. PPF can also be safely removed without damaging the paint. Both are common choices for leased vehicles where you need to return the car in original condition.
It depends on the service and coverage. PPF installs typically take 1–3 days. Full vinyl wraps 1–2 days. Ceramic tint 1 day. Ceramic coating 1–2 days. We'll give you a specific timeline when we assess the car in person.
Yes — warranty terms vary by service. PPF carries a manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years. Vinyl wrap, ceramic coating, and ceramic tint each have their own warranty coverage. We'll go over the specifics when we discuss your project.
For the first week — avoid high-pressure washes and keep the car dry so the film cures properly. After that, hand wash or touchless wash only. No abrasive products or automatic brushes. If you have ceramic coating on top, maintenance is even easier. We'll walk you through specific aftercare instructions at pickup.
